hi, i’m daniela, a yoga teacher based in raleigh, nc offering private sessions, group classes, and virtual wellness.

Yoga teacher Daniela Burn with a microphone headset overseeing an outdoor yoga class with participants on yoga mats.

i’m not a master of zen or self-proclaimed wellness guru. just someone who really loves yoga and gets to teach it.

what i teach isn’t one-size-fits-all. whether it’s a private session, corporate class, or special event, each experience is built with intention, focusing on strength, alignment, and movement that meets your body where it is.

my teaching style

  • Minimalist icon of a person in a seated yoga or meditation pose on a black background.

    intentional

every movement has a purpose. my classes focus on thoughtful alignment, breath-led transitions, and awareness of how your body moves.

  • Abstract illustration of a person doing a yoga handstand with legs straight and arms supporting the body, in minimalistic line art style with purple and black colors.

    strong

yoga isn’t just about moving through poses. i guide students to build strength and stability so they can move with confidence.

  • Silhouette of a person in a dance pose on a black background.

    fluid

transitions between poses are designed to feel smooth and connected, creating a practice that flows naturally from one movement to the next.

  • Stylized dancer logo with a purple figure in a balanced pose on a black background.

    approachable

yoga is for every body. my classes are designed to feel welcoming and accessible, whether you're new to the practice or deepening it.

  • “Daniela was amazing! She has the best energy and the flow was easy to follow but challenging. She gives helpful anatomical cues and the playlist was bumpin’. 10/10 would recommend!"

    —Paige

  • "Daniela is such a fun and welcoming teacher. She paints a picture as she describes the poses and transitions so that you know exactly where you’re going and what you’re supposed to do when you get there. Not only does she challenge us with core movements, but she also explains why we’re doing them. I love the encouragement that she gives throughout the class - it’s hard to ignore that contagious energy.”

We absolutely recommend her services to any businesses looking to take care of their team by offering a wellness session."

yoga wasn’t something i was looking for, but it became one of the most meaningful practices in my life. over time it shifted from being about movement to being about awareness, strength, and learning how to listen to my body.

that’s the experience i try to share with every class i teach.
