for teachers

if you’re newer to teaching, or just feel like you want more direction, this is a space to figure things out.

  • work through creative sequencing

  • build your cueing so it’s clear and effective

  • talk through ideas, challenges, or situations you’re navigating

mentorships

for teachers who want ongoing support.

this is a more open, collaborative space where we:

  • refine your sequencing over time

  • talk through what’s working and what’s not

  • build confidence in your teaching style

  • work through real situations as they come up

  • focus on areas you feel stuck in

  • build a practice that actually supports your body

you get to decide what we focus on.

  • give both teachers and students a deeper understanding of their practice

  • support teachers with continued learning and development

it’s a way to bring something new into your studio while still keeping it aligned with your community. we can work together to find the right fit.
