i teach in-studio classes in raleigh, nc, offer private sessions, and lead curated experiences for teams and communities. however you want to practice, we’ll find a flow that works for you.

my classes range from strong, flowing movement to slower, more instructional practices that focus on alignment, recovery, and building a deeper understanding of the body.

  • a slower practice with longer holds designed to release deep connective tissue and calm the nervous system.
