If you’re looking for a class that challenges you while still feeling intentional and fluid, you’ll find me at Midtown Yoga in Raleigh, NC
this is where i teach my public classes.
these are heated (100°) vinyasa flows that combine strength, rhythm, and breath. the heated room allows the body to warm up, move more freely, and deepen into the practice.
we’ll flow through thoughtfully sequenced postures set to a curated playlist. the practice is strong, dynamic, and adaptable, creating space for both experienced students and those newer to vinyasa.
what to expect
❋ heat + intensity
a heated room (100°) that helps you open up, sweat it out, and fully drop into your practice. and the best part - you’ll receive a cold lavender towel at the end to cool you down.
❋ a fluid, flow-state practice
this is where movement starts to feel seamless. breath and motion sync up, transitions feel natural, and you drop into that flow state where you’re not overthinking, just moving.
❋ high energy
move with a room full of people all flowing with intention. the energy is real, and you feel it.
❋ a space to let go
you don’t have to think about anything else while you’re here. Just show up, move, sweat, and reset.
